There are two laws that try to solve this type of problem with debts, the Bankruptcy Law and the Second Chance Law.
- Bankruptcy Law, this law allows the debtor to restructure the debts and as long as he can continue with his economic activity, with this we do not close our company even if we have debts to face.
- The Second Chance Law allows the debtor to clean up his assets and when he has stable assets he will be able to pay his creditors.
